Sweenors Chocolates Inc is looking for a passionate and friendly Retail Associate to join their sweet team in Wakefield, RI! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays and merchandise
- Assist with gift wrapping, custom orders, and specialty chocolate selections
- Keep the retail floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Packaging products with an eye on detail
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
- Detail oriented
- Passion for specialty food, confections, or artisan products is a plus
